1. Project Start

Work begins once initial details, content, and agreed-upon payment are provided by the client.

2. Revisions

Each project includes a limited number of revisions (usually 2–3). Additional revisions may require extra charges depending on complexity.

3. Payments

• 50% advance before starting the project.
• Remaining 50% after project completion. Payment must be cleared before final delivery or website migration.

4. Delivery Timeline

Timeline may vary based on:

• Project size
• Response time from client
• Additional change requests

If delays occur from the client’s side, the project timeline will extend automatically.

5. Ownership

Once full payment is completed, the client owns the final website, content, and design delivered.

6. Communication

All project communication will be through:

• Teams
• Emails
• WhatsApp
• Zoom/Call (if needed)

7. Additional Work

Any extra pages, new features, plugins, redesigns, or marketing tasks not included in the original scope will be billed separately.

8. Security & Backup

I ensure basic security setup and backups, but long-term maintenance requires a maintenance plan.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable once the project has started or initial work has been delivered. However, I ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues whenever possible.
